The Men’s and Women’s Italia Lacrosse Heritage teams are comprised of any player of Italian heritage that wants to represent Italia Lacrosse.
We compete in tournaments in the United States and abroad, including places like Lisbon, Portugal, and Limerick, Ireland. Our goal is to boost Italia’s presence globally while developing lacrosse within Italy.

Contact UsDo I Need Italian Citizenship to be on the Heritage Team?
No. While some members of our National team play in Heritage events, citizenship is not a requirement as we do not compete in World Lacrosse sanctioned events. The Heritage program is for any player who wants to represent their Italian heritage on the field!
Does the Heritage team help my chances of making the National team?
While we have found many players in our National players pool through our Heritage teams, qualification for our National team is a separate process.
